Much of the information in this free introductory training overlaps with the micro book, Change Without Struggle. However, I think you’ll find some useful additional information and examples as well.
The audio guide gives you a recording of Tamara guiding you through the Core Transformation process. Many people find this to be an easier, more relaxing way to experience CT more deeply.
