The “Naturally Slender Eating Strategy” isn’t a Core Transformation or Wholeness Work format. It’s a method that derives from Classical NLP, that is very complementary with a CT and WW practice.

Most weight‑loss approaches assume people need less pleasure and more control: fewer favorite foods, more rules, more “shoulds.” The Naturally Slender Eating Strategy turns this on its head. It’s based on discovering what brings the most genuine pleasure over time, not just what tastes best for the next 30 seconds.
For individuals, this means a way to eat that’s kinder and more sustainable—without feeling like you’re constantly fighting yourself. For coaches and therapists, it offers a concrete inner process you can guide clients through, so they’re not relying only on willpower between sessions.
Years ago, in an NLP strategies seminar, Connirae Andreas worked with a woman who was over 100 pounds overweight and desperate to feel in control around food. As Connirae explored how this woman decided when to eat, she discovered that her entire inner strategy was essentially: “See food → Eat.” There was no place in the sequence to notice hunger, fullness, or how her body would feel after eating.
From that session, Connirae designed a new internal sequence for deciding when and what to eat. Later, she recognized that this was very similar to what she does, and what many naturally slender people already do unconsciously. Connirae and others have found this strategy to be very useful with clients who want to lose weight.
In this training, Tamara Andreas will teach that strategy step by step, so you can use it for yourself and, if you’re a practitioner, adapt it safely and respectfully with your clients.
