Transform our Stress

Mainstream medical research has established that stress hampers our immune system and healing capacities. A multitude of diseases have been shown to be adversely affected by stress. Even wounds heal more quickly if a person isn’t under stress!

So every stress response has the potential to be transformed into a healing resource. You already know that Core Transformation is an incredibly powerful change method, as shown in decades of clinical practice as well as newly-published research.

One reason is that CT goes beyond the level of “doing” and “achieving,” bringing us to profound states of being that are extremely effective at dissolving stress from the system. These “Core States” are like the opposite of stress—they aren’t yet another thing we have to “make” happen or “make” change, but rather they naturally and effortlessly emerge, and transformation is the natural result.

Is a Part Creating a Symptom or Condition?

Symptoms are often an attempt to “get our attention.” It’s like our body is trying to tell us something! In this course you’ll learn special tips for finding and transforming an inner part that may have created or be exacerbating a symptom/condition. Finding and transforming this part can make a difference in your healing. And as you can already guess, these parts ALWAYS have a positive purpose. Through CT, this positive purpose is released in a way that supports your physical healing.

Transform Limiting Beliefs

 Limiting beliefs can affect our health. But many people don’t realize that Core Transformation is a fantastic process for deep belief change. With Core Transformation you don’t even need to think of a “better belief.” You’ll discover more positive beliefs emerging from “the wisdom of your system” when you use this deep level change method.

The entry into the process can be a little different when working with a limiting belief. Learn how to find the part you need to work with!

Automatic Self Healing

In addition to Core Transformation, this training will also include a complementary method: the Automatic Self-Healing Method (aka Engaging Your Body’s Natural Ability to Heal) developed by Connirae Andreas.

This is a surprisingly simple yet effective method to discover and utilize our unconscious mind’s “secret codes for healing.” In this way, we’re shifting our experience to direct our body’s healing resources to an area that needs healing. It goes beyond the Placebo Effect and beyond healing visualization methods, because we’re tailoring our internal experience with the codings that our own unique body/mind system already uses, for injuries/illnesses that heal easily and automatically. It’s more effective than simple visualization or “positive thinking” because we’re “speaking the native language” of our own unconscious.
