From the survey, it appears that one-on-one sessions will be most beneficial for you right now.

If you have strong emotions near the surface that are easily triggered, this probably means you’ll be better served with a skilled guide who can respond to your individual needs, at least at first. And, it’s important to be able to work with mild to medium issues while you’re first learning a new method in a training. So we’re recommending starting out with one-on-one sessions, and then a training may be a good fit down the road.

Many people end up getting best results by benefitting from both our trainings and individual sessions. For example, “Claire” started out with individual sessions because she was often triggered into emotions that felt overwhelming to her. After working with an experienced Core Transformation and Wholeness Coach for a while, she was in a different place. Now she felt ready to be part of a group learning environment, and registered for a training. She exclaimed how the training helped her in different ways than what she’d received from one-on-one work. After the training, she understood the process better, and had the confidence to work on her own for smaller issues. From time to time, she still went back to her highly skilled Core Transformation and Wholeness coach when she needed to, even as she felt more and more empowered to work on her own as well.
