From the survey, it appears that Trainings will be most beneficial for you right now.

• This is the most cost-effective way to learn. 
• • If you were to learn the same material that people learn in a training, through 1-on-1 sessions, this would likely cost 3-6 times as much as it would cost to learn this material in a training.
• The tools you learn in a training become life-long resources for releasing stress, healing, resetting the nervous system, and more.
• By taking a training, you are both guided through a process and being guided. The experience guiding others tends to support an easier transition to self-guiding, as compared with one on one sessions in which you are guided but you don’t have experience guiding someone else. 
• It’s inspiring to hear others share their results. Through watching the demos, guiding your partner in the paired exercises, and hearing others share during the discussion, you may discover this stimulates your own transformation in life arenas you might not have even thought of on your own.
• You can become part of a learning community. You’ll have ongoing opportunities to swap sessions with others, if you choose. This may include our practice groups, and/or through exchanging contact information with fellow participants and assistants.

Many people end up benefiting from both our trainings and individual sessions. For example, “Robby” started out with trainings, and loved them. He noticed his life improving in many ways, just through the paired exercises in each training session. However, he noticed there was one issue that he hadn’t been able to get results with and felt somewhat stuck. So Robby booked several individual sessions with an experienced CT and WW Coach. He found the individual guiding helpful in moving forwards.
